MY STORY

The sea has always been a part of my life. From my teenage years, through my professional career as a communications director for competitive sailing, to crossing the Atlantic in a sailboat. Sailing on the high seas taught me something no book could: that we cannot control life, but we can learn to be present in the midst of the storm.

Like so many people, I've gone through times of crisis, illness, feeling stuck, and a loss of purpose. The turning point came when one of my children received a prognosis I wasn't prepared to accept.

That led me to study the brain and neuroplasticity from within, not as a theory but as a necessity. And what I saw change with my own eyes showed me that the body can reorganize itself when given the right conditions.

From there emerged a broad and deliberate training: a master's degree in NLP and a master's degree in NLP coaching, Ericksonian hypnosis, Synergetics (the integrative medicine developed by Dr. Jorge Carvajal, which works with the organism as a unity of matter, energy, and information), somatic coaching, osteopathy, nervous system regulation, and heart coherence. Each of these disciplines gave me access to a different level of the same system. Together, they allow me to support people from the perspective of the body, emotions, mind, and energy as a whole, not as separate layers.

I have been accompanying people in consultation for more than ten years, combining the manual listening of osteopathy with the emotional and energetic work of somatic coaching.

Today I accompany those who are in their own process of transformation, when life asks them to change course and make that inner journey. With awareness, with respect, and with the certainty that the body has the necessary intelligence to find the way.

We cannot flee from a ship, just as we cannot flee from ourselves. But we can learn to inhabit ourselves with presence.

That's the trip I'm proposing.
